Endorsements

Couple of interesting developments on the endorsement front that I thought were worth mentioning. I was surprised that he results of the Mexican American Democrats (MAD) endorsements when it came to the race involving Barbara Perez. Apparently Perez won the endorsement by only one vote, which is really interesting when you consider that her first major fundraiser was a who's who of El Paso politics.

I happen to be a member of MAD as is my daughter and her friend. We weren't in attendance and did not have the opportunity to cast a vote.

The Mexican American Bar Association also had some interviews and a recommendation from the Executive committee as to who should receive their endorsement. Naomi Gonzalez, who is challenging State Rep Norma Chavez for her seat in the state legislature, is a member of MABA and the immediate past president. Sources in MABA tell me that she did not win the recommendation of the Executive Committee and the recommendation was made for the incumbent, State Rep Norma Chavez.

Lionstar, did you know that you, your daughter and her friend could have proxy their votes? Apparently the only people that were informed of the proxy rule were, Carlos Aguilar, Nicolas Dominguez and Willie Gandera sr. Please notice all three were contributors to Ms Perez, she should take all the money she has raised and pay her tab from the last election. NOW IS THAT THE KIND OF JUDGE YOU WANT?

Ask the MAD president how many proxies were distributed?
For the record I counted them!

Jaime will you and Crowder stop selling out to the Goldman Sachs Crowd that you are trying to stop me from exposing by unsucessfully trying to ridicule me. You act real tough against those that don't have any real power like Caballero, She does not have any connections with your crowd the GOLDMAN SACHS crowd and does not take money from the rich right wing republicans that your phony democrats serve.

STOP: being the snotnosed frecklefaced chump that hangs out with the big bullies and thinks hes tough.

START: asking who is taking money from these right wingers associated with Rove who was proven to Be selectively prosecuting people. (look and NM where Repubs fired other Repubs for not investigating real Democrats)

Set up the ability to put links so that I can PROVE what i say straight up on your blog!!!!

IN HONOR OF CABALLERO and to piss off Jaime go to youtube and see how they rigg the votes on the electronic voting machines. Type in DIEBOLD CLINT CURTIS..

Youre wrong. MABA didnt endorse either candidate in the State Rep. race. Chavez needed 2/3 vote in order to get the endorsement, she did not. That says alot about an incumbent that cant receive a simple endorsement like that. She is in trouble, good thing she has the Lionstar to push her very very slanted and misguided message. Dont get me wrong, I like Norma, she likes to party and is very strong, but I dont think its enough to put her back in the Legislature. Im voting for her, unfortunately, I will be in the minority this go around.

Your sources are incorrect. Norma did not receive the recommendation, nor the endorsement.
